You could consider sticking with either with the 4 letters or 2 syllables but maybe have a different ending sound to vary the sibset a bit? Something like Sylvie, Zoe or Xanthe (keeps the 2 syllable pattern) or Rose or Hope (keeps the 4 letter pattern) ?

Or if you want similar in style to Cora and Isla then there are so many 4 letter, A ending names that work. Personal faves for me are Rosa, Nina and Anya/Anna.
