Tessa is my favourite but I like all three

TheSandgroper · 10/08/2025 08:37

Audrey because a good name that’s not common is really handy.

DiscoBeat · 10/08/2025 08:41

Isabel - too common
Tessa - too much like Tesla
Audrey - quite unusual and actually really pretty

TenThousandSpoons00 · 10/08/2025 09:03

Love Audrey, and really like Tessa.
i prefer Isobel spelling but either way it’s a beautiful name, just seems super common now.

I had a lovely (great) auntie Audrey. She was born in 1933. It’s due a comeback!

BoleynMemories13 · 10/08/2025 10:46

Tessa or Isabel.

Audrey is really dull. 'Aud' is not a nice sound. I don't think this one is due a comeback.

Emanwenym · 10/08/2025 13:41

Tessa but I prefer just Tess.

Isabel - nice but Isabelle and Isabella are too popular. I don't like Issy/Izzy.
Audrey - not very nice. Audrey Roberts off Corrie.

Isabel is an elegant classic, fairly timeless and so probably my fave (I know a few of different ages).

Audrey is retro cool again now but it will still be “old lady” to some, it’s more a marmite name (although personally I like it because it reminds me of the Twin Peaks character).

Nothing really wrong with Tessa but it’s a bit blah imo - it’s neither the cool, wild romantic vibe of Tess, nor the elegant classic of Teresa (it’s trying and failing to be both).

StrawberryCranberry · 10/08/2025 16:48

Love Tessa (or Tess)

Moreteaandchocolate · 10/08/2025 19:16

Love Tessa / Tess

SkaneTos · 11/08/2025 00:03

They are all great names!
I voted for Tessa.

namestealer · 11/08/2025 08:24

Audrey or Isabel - personally I like flowery names and don't care about popularity so would go Isabel, but Audrey is a good strong name. Tessa seems a bit meh and sounds like it should be a nickname iyswim.

WhereYouLeastExpect · 11/08/2025 11:00

I chose Isabel but personally I love the Isobel spelling.
