Winona/Willow Winter - Alliterative?

We are currently really drawn to alliterative names for dd3 with the surname Winter. (Other dc don’t have alliterative names)

options are:
Winona Winter
Willow Winter
Winnifred Winter
Wilhelmina Winter

If we go with Winona or Winifred it’s likely she will end up being Winnie Winter which I do still think is cute but others could think is too silly?

alternatives we like:
Violet Winter
Sylvia Winter
Magnolia Winter
Vivienne Winter

There were 23 baby Winona’s in E and W in 2023, I very much doubt any of them are Lakota heritage either. People use names from different heritages than their own all the time - Winona Ryder and Wynonna Judd are famous enough that I don’t think most people only think of the Native American heritage of the name anymore. It’s become just an “American” name now like Lainey or Britney imo, so perfectly usable if you like that style.

Personally for me OP, I like the sound of Winona Winter or Sylvia Winter best of your options - I’d lean slightly towards Sylvia only because I dislike the possibility of Winnie. I’m not sure Willow flows as well with Winter for some reason and Violet Winter sounds too descriptive to me.

Winnie Winter and Willie Winter sound a bit cartoonish
I would avoid Winifred and Wilhemina for this reason
The English ard terrible for shortening names so they will get shortened

Winter - what a great surname!

I love alliteration in names, but WiWi and WinWin are just too much for me.

Violet - just makes me think violent winter, a terrible snowstorm with subzero temperatures.

Sylvia Winter is wonderful!

I like Willow but not keen on the others.

Willow or Vivienne would be my choice.

My favourite is Sylvia or Sylvie Winter
