Anyone working within a nursery setting or attending baby groups.
please share which boy names are loved at the moment and are popular.
popularity is not a problem to me as it shows names are well liked.
TIA

Based on lots of toddler groups as well as nursery: Anything ending in an O for boys - Theo, Leo, Milo, Hugo, Arlo. “A” names for boys that also end in an “ee” sound are also everywhere here - Alfie, Albie, Archie.

Actually boys names in general that end in an “ee” sound seem very popular- there seems to usually be at least one Harry, Charlie, Freddie, Ted/Teddy at most toddler groups we go to (and perhaps more unusually there is often a Lenny too, but I suspect that’s just in my area).

There have also been multiple George’s, Arthur’s, Sebastian’s/Seb’s and Noah’s but as they have different ending sounds to the other current trendy boys names, they still seem to stand out a bit more to me. Weirdly very few Oliver’s either despite what national stats would suggest.

There are just too many Theos, Archies, Freddies, Noahs..! Those names have lost their ability to ‘name’ or identify.
