Baby name help!!!

Hiya everyone,
We are expecting DD2 in a few weeks and still haven’t settled on a name or even a shortlist!
We like quite unfrilly girls names and not long names that have obvious nicknames if that makes sense. Our older daughter is called Phoebe Elizabeth and we can’t find a name we love as much as Phoebe! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone! So many good suggestions. The ones that particularly stand out are Lois, Lucy, and Amber with Amber being the favourite! Thanks to the PP who suggested that.
Unfortunately my husband vetoed Frances and Lydia is my niece but love both these names too.
