Aria

Aria

Hollyhobbi · 05/05/2025 20:46

Amelie.

SpottedDonkey · 05/05/2025 20:47

Amelie.

Eliana isn’t beautiful. It has at least one vowel too many.

Amelie.

Yes it sounds a bit slippery.

I like Amelie.

Mumofteenandtween · 05/05/2025 20:50

I really like Amelie.

MaybeItWasMe · 05/05/2025 20:50

i don’t really love any of them but Amelie is the nicest. Aria is from Game of Thrones, the other name is too much of a mouthful.

LittleLabrador · 05/05/2025 20:55

Amelie but it is very popular round me which would put me off. It’s beautiful though I think

Tbrh · 05/05/2025 20:57

Amelie and Aria are too popular. What about Liliana? A bit easier to say.

BoleynMemories13 · 05/05/2025 20:58

Amelie, by far.

Eliana is too fussy for me. I'm not a fan of Aria, it sounds quite harsh to my ears and is ridiculously overused around me.

Gundogday · 05/05/2025 20:59

Amelie

Itsoneofthose · 05/05/2025 21:00

Amelie

JDM625 · 05/05/2025 21:04

Sorry, but personally, I don't find any of them beautiful! Nice enough though and there are far worse options I've heard.

Amelie- I need to read it twice to check its not actually Amelia
Eliana- Agree that there are lots of vowels and its a mouthful. I always think of liana, the climbing vine!
Aria- A pretty name, but also the name of a music award in Australia, so similar to calling her Brit, Grammy or MTV.

Moreteaandchocolate · 05/05/2025 22:28

I chose Eliana as it has a pretty sound and I love Lana for short.

Amelie - so pretty but the one I know gets fed up of being called Emily.

Aria - I find this a less pretty sounding name and it has a bit of a trendy and slightly pretentious feel to me somehow - not sure why!

theunbreakablecleopatrajones · 05/05/2025 23:05

I guess Aria, but it’s a bit Aryan and a bit Disney

Amelie is a bit overdone and Eliana is very fussy and she will be yet another Ellie

Allegra
Estella
Adela
Marianne
Rosanna
Verity
Leonie
Ianthe

might be better

Catchame · 05/05/2025 23:12

I know one Eliana in the US and agree that the name always seem a bit too frilly. I guess I like Aria the best. Amelie is pretty but v popular name now, if that's a factor.

Agree with PP that Allegra is a similar name that seems to catch all the good things about your 3 choices, but is very beautiful.

uncomfortablydumb60 · 05/05/2025 23:29

Amelie

Eliana is a terrible mouthful and there are too many harsh vowel sounds in it.child won’t thank you for it

AliBaliBee1234 · 06/05/2025 00:04

Don’t really think any of them are beautiful sorry op. But i picked Aria

Tortielady · 06/05/2025 00:35

I'd go with Amelie because it looks pretty written down. But if it's easily confused with Emily and Amelia it may not be a good choice.

PluckyBamboo · 06/05/2025 00:47

Not keen on any I'm afraid.

What about Elana (eh-lana) rather than Eliana (ellie-anna)

Or, my favourite, Anna/Annabel.

Emanwenym · 06/05/2025 16:22

Not keen on any.
Eliana is too long and vowelly and will be yet another Ellie. Aria is nothingy and vowelly and just means Air.
Amelie is OK, but just OK.

stanzatwo · 08/05/2025 19:03

None of them. Amelie is nice if you are French and your daughter grows up to be impossibly elegant. The other two are just not pleasant to my ears.
