I don’t love it but nobody takes much notice of middle names. Ben/Benjamin Saville is fine.

Not crazy about Craig but I love Benjamin. I think most middle names just don’t get used. They’re usually a nod to a family member.

Firsttimebabymummy · 05/04/2025 09:35

Really like it. Benjamin is one of my favourite boys names.
Craig isn't on my list but all the ones I've known have been caring, honest men so I have that association with Craig.

I'm also not a Craig fan, but as a middle name I'd assume you possibly had a family reason for using it. Ben or Benjamin is lovely. Goes well with Saville too.

SunnieShine · 05/04/2025 09:41

Benny Saville? I wouldn't.

I love the name Craig and think it's due a comeback :)

WimpoleHat · 05/04/2025 09:43

It’s fine. Classic; sounds quite upmarket. BCS are decent initials too. (BJS or BUS probably trickier for obvious reasons!). I would think that was a good choice.

Benny Saville? I wouldn't.

That nickname would not be the first nickname come to mind when I think of Benjamin . I don’t know anyone called Benny. Usually it’s just Ben .

Nice. I like Craig.

Do you like Craig Benjamin Saville?

Benny Saville? I wouldn't.

I agree that it sounds a little...unsavoury, shall we say but his peers won't really know and in any case, most Benjamins do indeed become simply Ben.

TaraRhu · 09/04/2025 22:14

Estate agent?

GiddyCrab · 14/04/2025 23:34

I like Craig as the first name.

BaronessBomburst · 14/04/2025 23:42

I like it. Craig is a great name, under-used, and I've always liked Benjamin. They go well together.
