Our baby is due in 2 weeks and we have a boys name chosen but cannot agree on anything for girls!

Any ideas for something that goes well with Marnie please?

I really wouldn’t worry about choosing names to go with a sibling’s name. They stand alone. Choose a name you like .

greengreyblue · 04/04/2025 16:04

Congratulations by the way!

Thank you! I understand what you mean, but I feel like the names should at least flow a bit if you see what I mean? To me, Marnie and Ann wouldn’t sound right for example 😂

Congratulations - our DT’s names are totally different. Very important to us that their names are individual and not automatic said together.

What's your boy name, might give a bit more of an idea of your style?

I think lots of names could go with Marnie. Is it vintage or nickname style you like or both? What about Effie, Romy, Betty, Edie, Pippa, Cleo, Etta, Inez, Willa, Juno, Sybil, Frances, Blythe, Beatrix, Elsie

I love Elsie and Lottie! I really like Romy too as it’s a bit more uncommon maybe?
