Fraternal twins names

I am due the 1st of March and we still are hesitating between 2 names.
Baby 1 , a boy : Levi ( my favourite) or Matthew. Baby 2 is a girl Anna or Harper.

PLEAASE HELP

Anna and Matthew - can’t go wrong with either

Harper is very Hello Mag, Levi seems to have become a bit of a naughty boy name, which is a shame - Eli or Lucas instead? - Levi is nice though.

I think Matthew and Anna v Levi and Harper have very different vibes! I'd go with one of those two pairs (Matthew & Anna personally), I don't think Levi and Anna or Matthew and Harper really go together.
