Thoughts on the name Francesca and middle name Martha?

I think it's lovely, I do like Martha
I would personally avoid same ending in first middle combo

I love Martha and it was an option for me but it was also a friends mothers name who died quite young and they used it so out of respect I didn't myself but it is a lovely name.

I love both names but not sure they flow that well together. Maybe with a third middle name added, for example Francesca Martha Jane to take the edge off the two "a" endings.

Lovely. I see what people mean about the names ending in "a" but I don't think it matters. Francesca is a lovely name. Everyone will be able to spell and pronounce it.

Not keen on Francesca as it's too frilly. They don't flow very well but middle names aren't used much.

Francesca is exotically beautiful and then Martha is dowdy and downtrodden.

Funny how peple perceive things differently. I don't see Martha as dowdy at all. For me it summons up charm, calm, wisdom and peace.

I used to think it was frumpy but we have a brave and fearless little Martha in the extended family so I think of her.
