Middle name for Eleanor?

Can’t decide on a middle name, we like Eleanor Grace but also a bit put off by its popularity as a middle name, any ideas?

I've met two Eleanor Graces, but all that says to me is that it's a combination that sounds good together. I was nearly called Eleanor Margaret (I'm called something completely different) and my little brother would have been if he was a girl.

I think I quite like Eleanor Frances or Eleanor Alice.

Eleanor Jane was popular from Tudor to Victorian times in England.

Eleanor Jane could be nicknamed EJ, which is cute! Same with Eleanor Joy.

Eleanor Louise (round by me she'd be Ellie-Lou in a hot minute!) - means "renowned warrior" or "famous in battle."
Eleanor Rose - carries connotations of romance, strength, and timeless beauty
Eleanor Mae - short for Margret, which means "pearl," symbolising something rare and precious.
Eleanor Raye - from "ray of light," suggesting resilience and optimism
Eleanor Diana – Roman goddess of the hunt and moon; embodies independence and protection

Isn't it a shame that Grace and Rose are sooooo common and overused as middle names now as they both go lovely!

Personally, I'd stick with the one syllable but find something different:

I know an Eleanor Rose. I know common but both names mean something to the family and they liked them so did it anyway.

Really like Eleanor Grace.
I wouldn't let popularity put you off if you really like it.

@Atishooo funny how geographical these things must be! I know one child and one adult called Grace. Zero middle names at all!!

Though that being said I only know the middle names of a very select group of children/adults. Doesn't get brought up in wider conversation that much as a rule.

As Eleanor is very classic I think a classic middle name would be good.

Eleanor Ann, or Eleanor Annette. Eleanor Avery. I like double vowels.

If I had of had a girl she would have been Eleanor Joyce after my two grandmothers :)
