Changing middle names

Hi all

i have 14 month old B/G twins. At the time when they were born we gave them middle names that were from a completely different religion/culture to us. To cut a long story short we were part of a religion that we are now no longer a part of and we immensely regret giving the children these middle names.

Changing them would mean deed poll as we are over the thresh hold for changing on a birth certificate, in these circumstances would you change their middle names?

Yes I'd do it now do not delay

No I would not change them personally. But my father's middle name was after an evil dictator before my grandparents realised he was evil so my dad had to live with that name all his life. It makes for a good story
