I'd avoid the 'ah' ending ones with Noah.

I really like Alice and Grace.

I think I'd go Noah and Grace.

Sophia - My daughter's name so I really like it. We were also going to call her brother Noah but went with a different name
Alice - It's quite nice
Grace - Lovely
Amelia - I don't like it, it seems plain to me
Mia - Not my favourite

Noah and Sophia do have pretty similar endings if that concerns you. But realistically, any of them will be fine

I like Alice best but it's sounds a bit too much aaaahh when you put the names as Noah & Alice. Alice & Noah sounds OK though!

Sophia and Amelia are so so overdone, and Mia was so suddenly popular 15 or so years ago it’s now a bit dated.
