Cecilia - nicer than Cecily IMO and both can be shortened to Ceci. Cassandra Cordelia, Constanza, Caroline or Charlotte/Carlotta. Ophelia is not too dissimilar to Otoline, or Octavia. Jacinda or Julia instead of Jocelyn
