I like Charlotte Gabriella better

Gemmy96 · 07/10/2024 19:07

Charlotte Francesca is a beautiful name.

StressedQueen · 07/10/2024 20:19

I love both but I think Charlotte Gabriella flows better

Changeyourfuckingcar · 07/10/2024 20:20

Charlotte Francesca, two of my absolute favourite girls names!

Viviennemary · 07/10/2024 20:20

They are both nice. But I think two longer names together is a bit of a mouthful.

Catlord · 07/10/2024 20:22

Charlotte Francesca, Gabriella is a bit frilly for my taste

StopStartStop · 07/10/2024 20:24

Charlotte Francesca.

CG is hard to say.

FlowerTink · 07/10/2024 20:25

I love Charlotte Gabriella

Bestfootfwd · 07/10/2024 20:29

I prefer Francesca, but they’re both fine.

I think that Charlotte, Francesca, and Gabriella are all very lovely names, but I too think that together, in either combination, it is a bit of a mouthful.
If I had to choose a combination I would have to go with Charlotte Gabriella because it is easier to say.

ellenpartridge · 07/10/2024 20:47

Charlotte Francesca is lovely. I like both though.

Delphigirl · 07/10/2024 20:48

Charlotte Francesca flows better. Very regal.

EmeraldRoses · 07/10/2024 20:49

Neither of them they're both too long. I prefer a one syllable middle name to go with Charlotte such as Charlotte Rose.

Yes that's perfect.

AutumnalCosiness · 07/10/2024 21:01

Gabriella!

Firsttimebabymummy · 07/10/2024 21:07

Charlotte Fancesca is gorgeous!

I really like Gabriella too though so beautiful either way.

Moreteaandchocolate · 07/10/2024 21:38

Charlotte Francesca is gorgeous!

Thank you all so much for your feedback so far! I was initially after a one syllable middle name but after much debate I’ve decided it’s one of the above names as I’d rather choose a name I love over how it sounds. The shorter names feel kind of empty to me personally :)

Charlotte Francesca.

You'll struggle to fit it on some forms though! (I have 2 x 3-syllable names so I speak from experience)

I don't like single syllable middle names.
Rose/Grace/May in particular seem like filler middle names and they are overused.

ChangeItAgainSam · 07/10/2024 22:49

Gabrielle. Charlotte Francesca has too many 'ch's in succession and sounds odd too me.
It's not as much of an issue with the names the other way around though for some reason.

Ellmau · 07/10/2024 22:53

I prefer Gabriella.

user1492757084 · 08/10/2024 00:56

Both are perfect.
I prefer Charlotte Gabriella for no reason other than the initials, though both combos are fine.
Do either initial combos sit your surname better?

CF or CG?

Charlotte Gabrielle also is sweet.

Charlotte has a SH sound, not CH.

I prefer Charlotte Francesca. I think it flows better.

Gabriella Charlotte flows better than Charlotte Gabriella.
