Luna or Leia or another L name?

pros and cons

love luna for the moon meaning but not 100%
and like Leia

open to options :) I like to think about the name as they grow up what still sounds good

Luna - popular for puppies and kittens, lunatic, link to moon-cycles makes it sound like a menstrual product
Leia - Star Wars, Leia, Leah and Lia spelling confusion.

L names very popular at the moment and either will blend into all the Lily, Lila, Lola, Lyra, Lara, Lucy, Lena type names

Of the two, Leia is the best one, but there are nicer names around.

Leila / Layla , Lydia, Lucinda and Lucy are my favourite girl names

Lana is lovely 😍

I know sooo many dogs called Luna. So for that reason, I'd go with Leia.

As I work in a vets I would say not Luna. All cats are called Luna, Nala, Cookie, Simba or Loki. Well that's how it seems. Lunas have four legs, not two (unless they've had a nasty accident).

Luna sounds like/reminds you of loony. Leia is nice but I much prefer Lara.
