Victoria does hold special meaning however I wanted to see if anyone had suggestions.

Victoria yes family name however it is actually my midwife’s name, my firstborns midwife’s name and my sonographers name lol pretty much those taking care of me so far. I have a good relationship with my midwife which I appreciate not everyone has however yes her name is Victoria.

Rose Victoria is really pretty and as it has meaning, I'd go for that. My DS middle name is my sister's middle name and my DS's is my Grandad & exH Grandad. They like knowing the connection.
