Very pretty name.

Cheepcheepcheep · 09/09/2024 09:11

I love it. Considered for DD but ruled out early as too close to Jenny (close family member)

Haggia · 09/09/2024 09:41

I think it’s usually nn Ginny isnt it? Would you shorten OP?

longdistanceclaraclara · 09/09/2024 09:42

Lovely name. I know one and she mostly gets called Vi

Moreteaandchocolate · 09/09/2024 09:44

Lovely name and love the potential shortenings - Neve, Genny, Vivi, Ginny, Eve.

17caterpillars1mouse · 09/09/2024 09:46

Pretty but quite a 'big' name, a bit heavy I guess. I love the shortening Ginny though and also like Genna

shoopshoopdedoo · 09/09/2024 09:48

I quite like it, if not shortened to Jenny.

Firsttimebabymummy · 09/09/2024 10:48

I really like it!! Very pretty and I really like the nn Ginny too.

Fontainebleau007 · 09/09/2024 10:52

Love it

GoodVibesHere · 09/09/2024 10:54

Too flouncy for my liking, there's something a bit 'superior' and ridiculous about it. Almost like it's a bit Disney princess-ish.

whymewhyme · 09/09/2024 10:59

Love

angstridden2 · 09/09/2024 11:09

Very pretty. Pronounced the English way or French?

Correlation · 09/09/2024 11:13

Beautiful name

Shitlord · 09/09/2024 11:17

Very classy, I know one known as Gen.

dizzydizzydizzy · 09/09/2024 11:21

I know a very kind and lovely Genevieve who works in a hospital clinic i attend, so I have very positive associations with the name.

Kitkat1523 · 09/09/2024 11:22

Like it…..only know one…..she’s 2.5 years

Whitewolf2 · 09/09/2024 11:25

Beautiful and classic name.

MerryChristmasToYou · 09/09/2024 16:34

Seems a stodgy sort of name.

theduchessofspork · 09/09/2024 23:52

Lovely (either English or French pronunciation)

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 10/09/2024 02:02

Nice - feels like (a more fashionable) Jennifer crossed with (a less unusual) Guinevere, so a safer choice. Lots of nn options too as a bonus.
