Have you ruled out the longer versions of isabelle or isabella but still can her the nickname? So much easier to find a middle name for the full names

This is very true. Something I'll put across to my partner.

I would want to choose a 'full' name with Belle or Bella as the nn. I'm not sure why I feel that way, I think I'm just greedy. So; Annabelle, Arabella, Isobel, Christabel, Belinda...
As a stand alone, I prefer Bella.
For middles, Penelope doesn't work with Bella/Belle but Florence does.
