Imo Antonia is beautifully elegant, not super popular but well known enough for everyone to pronounce and spell, and has lots of nice nn options if she wants (Annie, Anya, Nina, Nia).

Or if you want more unusual, I’ve always thought Ancient Greek Alethea was very pretty, with a lovely meaning and mythological links.
