Sami / Sam - I like both as a nickname but personally prefer a more formal name too. I love Samson and like Samuel. I think Sammy is a lovely nickname but prefer this spelling. I think the i makes it look feminine.
Oscar / Oscar - its a nice name, prefer Oscar spelling but I know so so many Oscar's. Especially those 5 and under.
Kai - I like the sound, but it's gone a bit celeb trendy, which puts me off. As a teenager I always said I'd have a boy valued Kye lol .
Asher - I like this and have only ever met one. I do wonder if its about to start climbing the charts as I'm hearing it mentioned more, but it's a nice name and fits I'm with other currently being used softer boys names
Milo - not a fan. It sounds like a dogs name to me, or I think of the tweenies
Miles - its growing on me. There is a Miles at a baby group I go to and its definitely a grower of a name.
Ezra - love. It was on our boys list. One of these reasons we didn't use it though is the its climbing the charts so quicker it will probably date
Jordi - too nicknamey and comes across as a bit girly sounding. Also a bit dated sounding to the 90s.
Leo - nice name. I know quite a few older Leo's 5+ years but no little ones
Albi - not a fan of the nane or the spelling. I know a few Albie's. It's just not my style at all
If I had to choose I would go with Sami or Asher. Ezra would be third place
