Sibling for Elio and Remi

We are expecting #3 in August and still have no name ideas. We currently have Elio Milan (3) and Remi Rome (1) - both boys. My husband is Italian and we live 50/50 in England and Italy so having a name that works well in both languages is vital. We like short strong names that aren't super common. Last name is Italian and starts with R (Yes Remi is R.R.R). For a middle name we have accidentally gone with two Italian cities, so would prefer too stick with that theme for #3.

I like the boys’ choices and would also suggest Milo, which I think would work in both languages?

But I’m not sure your girls’ first names work as well in English, to be honest. Brune in particular doesn’t sound great in English, in my personal opinion. Your middle names are beautiful! Of the other ones you listed, I think Siena would work well in English. How about:
