Is this too dated and/or unfashionable to use now? What do you think?

Beautiful name

Peekachewy · 19/05/2024 12:37

I was just coming on to say the same… beautiful name

VelvetTurtle · 19/05/2024 12:38

It's nice

thesilver · 19/05/2024 12:41

Love it.

AdaColeman · 19/05/2024 12:42

Absolutely lovely name!

Hermittrismegistus · 19/05/2024 12:47

Lovely.

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 19/05/2024 12:49

Very nice

Guardiansoulmates · 19/05/2024 12:51

It's a lovely name but I think that unless you're very posh it will come across a bit sugary sweet. And people will shorten it to Cindy. If you prefer Lucy to Cindy I'd go for Lucy as a name.

YourWinter · 19/05/2024 12:52

It’s a gorgeous name!

ManilowBarry · 19/05/2024 12:53

It's lovely.

I also like Lucia as I have a relative by that name.

NCfor24 · 19/05/2024 12:53

My Lucy is extended to Lucinda for no reason whatsoever. It's lovely. And I like Cindy as a nickname too.

CeliaCanth · 19/05/2024 12:53

Timeless, beautiful and versatile. Easily shortened to Lucy if you don’t like Cindy.

takemeawayagain · 19/05/2024 13:02

I like it, but for me nn would be Lu. I'm not keen on Cindy or Lucy.

user1492757084 · 19/05/2024 13:41

Lovely name.

Similar vibe to ..
Miranda
Lucy
Camilla

NotTheReal · 19/05/2024 13:48

Never liked it personally.

AutumnBride · 19/05/2024 13:53

Sloane Ranger vibes, maybe depends where you live.

2chocolateoranges · 19/05/2024 13:55

id be worried that Cindy would be the nickname , which I’m not a fan of.

I know a Lucille which is pretty too.

CatchyCathy · 19/05/2024 14:01

I prefer Lucy.

NotTheReal · 19/05/2024 15:03

To me Cindy is quite trashy.

Moreteaandchocolate · 19/05/2024 15:20

I prefer Lucy or Lucia. Lucinda sounds a bit posh in an old fashioned way to me.

ginasevern · 19/05/2024 15:34

Lucinda is a pretty name but it will be shortened to Lucy or Cindy. I prefer Lucia (pronounced Luchia - the Italian way).

Nocoffeenotalkie · 19/05/2024 19:34

It's on my list. We like Cici as a nickname.

MountCaramel · 19/05/2024 22:09

Lucinda is lovely, you don't hear if nany nowadays so a perfect choice.

GigiAnnna · 19/05/2024 22:14

I know two Lucindas. Neither have it shortened to Lucy or Cindy. One always get full name and the other gets " Lu".

qwertyasdfgzxcv · 19/05/2024 22:14

Yeeees! It's beautiful
