Albert - that poem Albert and the Lion
Alexander - love - kind and strong
Arthur - like, old fashioned but back in
Bert/Bertie - not such a fan, it doesn't sound nice to me (sorry)
Charlie - like
James - like, and really like the nickname Jamie. Strong.
Joseph - love - strong and warm.
Louis - like, reminds me of the prince (prefer the Louie pronunciation to the Lewis one though by a long way)
Lucas - prefer Luke
Luke - love, down to earth and strong.
Ted/Teddy - cute, might not age as well as others but Ted works well for a teen/adult
Patrick - don't love so much

Most of them are absolute classics. I'm not a fan of the nicknamey ones (Bertie, Teddy, Charlie) but the rest are lovely. Personal favourites are Lucas, Louis, Arthur and Joseph.

Alexander and James are excellent

Albert lovely
Alexander not my choice but a good name
Arthur too popular for my liking, but nice
Bert/Bertie only if Albert on bc otherwise they aren't proper names.
Charlie as above, Charles on bc is nice
James lovely
Joseph nice
Louis not my choice but a good name
Lucas not my choice but a good name
Luke too 80s/90s
Ted/Teddy as above re a proper name. Far too popular anyway
Patrick lovely. My fqv from your list

I don't really think anything tbh.
They are all just regular normal names.

All normal names but Bertie is more suitable for a dog.
