Girls names to go with already chosen middle names

Hi all, in a bit of a pickle here! In my family it’s a tradition for the grandparents to be honoured in the baby’s name. My first daughter has my grandma’s middle name and we are choosing my husband’s grandma for our next. The grandma he was closest to was called Eva Margaret, but everyone called her Peggy. So either Eva or Peggy would be the middle name (as I’m not such a fan of Margaret!). It’s just so hard to find names which go with Eva or Peggy as a middle name. I like Nina - but Nina Eva sounds bad and Nina Peggy not much better. Any suggestions of names much appreciated!

Pearl is a diminutive of Margaret, is that too far removed? Nina Pearl is nice.

you could always go with Evangeline? Nina Evangeline.. I do think the most important thing is to go with the first name you like. The last thing a grandparent would want is for you to prioritise using their name over choosing a name you love for your baby. I also think Eva is gorgeous so even if Nina Eva is a bit of a mouthful, it’s still a beautiful name and realistically how often do we say our full names out loud?!

Just use Eva as her first name that's prettier than all of other names. Rosa and Eva they are beautiful together for sisters. And as grandma was called Peggy it's still honoring them while giving baby their own lovely name

Peggy is adorable. There are too many Eves about.
