Love it. Would have been a contender for our dd had she been a boy.

Great, solid, timeless name and Frankie as a toddler is so cute.

It's a lovely name, and I love Frankie even more. However it is incredibly popular where I live (south London), but popularity is going to be to some extent geographically specific

Love it. Strong, plain, timeless. Suits a little boy as much as an adult.

Francis is nice.

I LOVE Francis..
I'd use Francis on the birth certificate as then he would have a range of options depending on his personality...
Frank, Francis, Frankie
I think it's always a good idea to have a longer formal name on birth certificate as the variety of nicknames can evolve with the child.. rather than just having the nickname that they then have to use all their life because its actually their official name.

I like Frank. Works well in most languages m.

I really dislike Francis. It sounds so feminine and will not travel well.
