Which name should we choose?

I’m due soon and still can’t decide on a name! Please help!

Shortlist:
Rosie/Rosalie
Ada
Clara

I also like Elodie but my husband isn’t keen. He’s not a huge fan of Clara either.

Ada. Clara close second, but if your husband isn’t keen then I would discount altogether.

Rosie/Rosalie or Clara

I love Rosie, Clara and Ada - all beautiful names, not too overused but familiar and lovely for all ages. I would be happy to be called any of them. My personal favourite is Clara, but if your husband isn’t keen, then either Rosie or Ada are gorgeous too. I’m a bit less keen on Rosalie, personally.

Rosalie. You can still use Rosie for short.

I like Rosalie best. Rosa is also nice and less popular than Rosie.
Clara for second choice. Not really a fan of Ada but I do like Ida so not sure why I wouldn’t like Ada.

Rosalie seems the most uncommon and so least likely to date - so would be my pick (has a nice choice of nn’s too , so she is spoilt for choice - Rose, Rosa, Sal/ly, even Lia as well as very popular Rosie).

Clara and Ada are both beautiful but have become quite retro trendy over the last decade or so.

I love Rosie I have a Rosie so that gets my vote! and she loves her name. I also like Rosalie reminds me of twilight series

Clara of that lot - very pretty

Ada I find a bit harsh, and there are too many Rosies I think, and Rosalie is a bit gypsy rose lee

How about Ida

Or Rosanna is a nicer Rose name

Thank you everyone! Think I’m leaning towards Rosie, with Rosalie as her full name so she has nickname options!

Love Rosie! Less keen on Rosalie. I only know one little Rosie, although Rose seems very popular as a middle name.

I like Clara too, but would discount if your husband isn’t keen.

I quite like Ada, though I can’t unhear “first aider”, which was my husband’s response when I suggested it.
