Arley sounds like Harley but spoken with an Estuary accent.

Kody spelt with a K is more suitable for a German Shepherd than a child. Cody is preferable.

Arley .. that's Charley without the CH.

Blue and Rome are known words, so not confusing, except that they are used as names.

Sorry but they are awful names. What is it lately with all the silly names? These are human beings you are having the privilege of naming. Do the right thing and give them a name that won’t result in years of teasing and embarrassment. Imagine being a 17 year old lad called Arley Blue..
