In an English speaking environment it might get a bit butchered. Either it'll be pronounce 'Too mad' or 'Twoah mad'. I suspect the pronunciation you want is neither of those, although maybe I'm wrong.
That doesn't mean it's not a good name for a baby though. Many people have to explain the pronunciation of their names and they all seem to be still sane from the experience. If you like it, that's enough.
