we dont go for 'popular' names, so needs to not be in the top ten now or recently.

nothing too unusual either.

dh family has scottish roots. maybe something to influence?

Bethan seems to 'fit' with the others

misdee · 23/03/2008 21:13

neice is Bethan so cant use that.

we have a large extended family so loads of names that cant be used.

i love the name Charlotte, but have two cousins with that name already.

some very nice names popping up.

but some are reminding me of childrens at the dd's school, and that makes me feel a bit like 'oh no cant use that one'. its a small school.

gosh i am a fuss pot!

surely its got to be "pinky"

lentengrrl · 23/03/2008 21:24

Ishbel?

schneebly · 23/03/2008 21:24

I think Hannah would go really nicely with your other DDs names

misdee · 23/03/2008 21:26

i really do like Hannah, but i mentioned it to dh the other night and didnt really get a 'yes i like that from him' it was more of a 'mmm well, no really'

i also like Katie, but its far too popular atm.
