Heidi, Erin or ?

Interested in opinions on Heidi or Erin, to go with Siblings Grace and Eli.

Other suggestions welcome.
Middle name will be Susan after a grandparent.

All are gorgeous names! I’ve always loved the name Erin, but only thought is it too similar to Eli and therefore Heidi would be a better fit? It’s a bit more unusual as well.

Yes, I agree it is a concern. Ideally thinking of them all having different initials for post etc.

I love the name Erin, as long as you don’t mind the matching initials! I’m not a huge fan of Heidi personally.

Heidi for me. It’s a lot more uncommon in kg
area than Erin and I like it a lot!

I have an Erin so i am obviously totally biased as i love it 😊 But im not a fan of matching initials though. Some great suggestions on @Onelife2024's list!

I love both those names, I’ve been liking Nora lately.

I love both but would choose Heidi due to initial. I have a teenage Heidi and she was telling me earlier this week how much she loves her name and the fact she’s only ever met one other who was an adult. One of her best friends is Erin 😂

Heidi Susan better than Erin Susan. The 3 -a sounds sound clunky.

I think Heidi is a bit 'twee'

Where do you live OP? Certain south east accents can make Erin sound quite harsh, with a harder emphasis on the “rin” than is intended. Hard to describe online.

Both lovely. Does one go better with your surname? I think I'd probably wait till she was born and see if one suits her better. Don't think you can go wrong with other. Matching initials wouldn't bother me if I loved the name.

I would avoid Erin with an Eli already, I also think Erin Susan is a mouthful to say.

Personally Heidi is not my style but it goes fine with Grace and Eli.

Grace and Eli are great names. really don’t like Heidi, it’s very twee. Erin is alright but Eli and Erin are too similar I think

How about Susannah Erin rather than using Susan as a middle name?

I have an Erin and I love the name. However when she was little, she would pronounce it as Elin as couldn't say her r's so perhaps to similar to Ellie. I love Heidi too.
