Please could I have suggestions? I feel this name doesn't flow very well into other names when said aloud so struggling a bit. My eldest DD has a flower name for her middle name so could continue that vibe, but also happy for other suggestions.

Amanda, Serena, Fiona, Belinda
Philippa, Hilary, Annabel
Anya, Nina, Sarah, Wendy
Ann, Clare, Fay

I think loads of names sound good with it depending on the flow you like. I'd decide on how many syllables and which syllable you like the emphasis on the most and go through names that meet that criteria. I agree with pp, it depends on the surname.

Eg I prefer Juliet Hilary Duff to Juliet Fay Duff.
But I prefer Juliette Fay McGibbon to Juliette Hilary McGibbon.

PS I love the name Juliet spelled either way.

I know a Juliette with the middle Jane and I think that JJ flows nicely so maybe Juliette Jasmine? Or Juliette June?

Quite like the more traditional middle names with Juliet for some reason:

Juliet Francesca
Juliet Phoebe
Juliet Elizabeth
Juliet Alexandra
Juliet Catherine
Juliet Stephanie
Juliet Matilda
Juliet Christina
Juliet Beatrice
Juliet Louise
Juliet Emily

I prefer Juliette

I think most middle names go with it, my favourites are-

Juliette Nicole
Juliette Rose
Juliette Amelie

But, I'm not convinced the middle name needs to go with the first name or surname as they're hardly ever used!

So if you don't care then go with Juliette Scarlett or Juliette Charlotte. They sound kind clashy but so what?

Middle names hardly ever get used so pick 0,1,2 or 10!

I really love the name Juliet ❤️

On the floral theme, Juliet Jasmine or Juliet Jessamine would be so tempting - as “JJ” is such a cute nickname for when they are little.

Otherwise (whilst it’s hard to tell on flow without knowing the surname) I really like the sound of Juliet with a 2 or 3 syllable name for some reason (rather than the standard one syllable Rose/May/Grace type):

Juliet Rosa/Rosalind/Rosamund/Rosanna
Juliet Lillian (love the repeated middle “lee” in both as it sounds so lyrical imo)
Juliet Genevieve (could also be “JJ”)
Juliet Sophia
Juliet Susanna
Juliet Lara

They are the same name and sound the same but Juliette is prettier. Juliette Jasmine or Juliette Blossom /Clover/Aster/Peony

I think it's nice when a middle name has a special meaning or honours a family member. Do you have any family names you could use?

MissBehave23 · 22/01/2025 22:57

Love Juliet, it was on my list. I would definitely use that spelling too. To me Juliet is a traditional, beautiful, fancy sounding name so I wouldn't put anything too modern or flowery with it. I also think with it being 3 syllables it goes nicely with a short middle name. I think a simple, traditional, one syllable middle name is what I'd go for. Anything else could be a bit of a mouthful. So....

Juliet Rose
Juliet Anne
Juliet Grace
Juliet Jean
Juliet Pearl

I have a Juliet Rosa. I am not keen on Juliette, seems a bit frilly whereas Juliet seems more bold and strong. Same logic for Rosa (and also this name has good connotations, in my mind). I absolutely love her name.
