Names for Niece and Nephew

Hi! My sister is having a twin boy and girl in April! She isn’t on Mumsnet and wants me to help with names for each! She already has a daughter called Elisabeth Sofia Garcia because of her husband being Spanish! She says she’s possibly wanting a Spanish or French (our dad was a sixth French) middle name for both! So far she has got

I voted for Lottie Rae and Alfie Diego, but they are all nice names!

I voted for Lillia and Lucas because these are my favourite first names from your choices. I also really like Madeline and Milo. I’m not so keen on Lottie and Alfie as they are gorgeous for babies but not sure if they are a bit informal sounding for adults? They are getting more commonly used as full names though so it might not be a big issue by the time the babies grow up.

I like Lillia and Milo or Madeline and Lucas better as pairings, personally, to avoid matching initials

Really not keen on Rae - it means female sheep! Just a filler name and along the same lines of Mae, Rose, Grace etc which every other little girl has as a middle name

Not the point at all but I can't work it out, how can you be 1/6th French? I am probably missing the obvious.

If Milo is her fav go for it, it's lovely. I like most of the girls names, but really dislike Rae, but that is probably because I don't like the people the have used Rae as a middle name.
