I think Rose goes nicely with most names. I like Molly and Isaac the best from your list.

WaitingForMojo · 07/02/2024 01:23

Rose is a surname I’d love to have!
I do think you need more than one syllable for a first name.

Noa - not keen
Georgia/Georgie
Blake - boys’ name
Esme - lovely
Francesca - lovely
Alba - it’s a colour, so maybe not with Rose?
Hattie/Harriet - Harriet has too many R sounds
Billie - not keen but that’s personal taste.
Molly - nice
Theodora - the ending -ra and the beginning of the surname clash a bit
Freya - gorgeous
Elodie - gorgeous
Blaire - witch project. Also r ending
Evie - nice name, but so many Evie-Rose about

Robert
Oscar
Oliver
William
Isaac

all lovely

Jack - too titanic vibes?
Kit
Finn

really like these but think it needs more syllables.

Eleanor Rose
Elena Rose
Savannah Rose
Tessa Rose
Cleo Rose
Emma Rose
Hannah Rose
Alice Rose

Sebastian Rose
Alexander Rose
Jonathan Rose

Oh I had a friend with the surname Rose and I always thought it was such a beautiful surname.

I'd go with a two syllable first name:

Spencer
Alfred
Matthew
Leonard
Sebastian

Actually I haven't got a clue 🤣

Emily
Harriet
Paloma Rose 🤣 sorry, just jumped in to my head along with a Spanish dancer image!
The E one on the first page was lovely.
Vera - not really!

Itaintpretty · 07/02/2024 02:11

Victoria Rose is beautiful 🌹

urbanbuddha · 07/02/2024 03:00

Girls - I like Francesca, Harriet (but not Hatty) and Molly from your list. Also maybe Erin? Love Elenna Rose.

I like Georgia and William from your list. The only one I'd really steer clear of is Jack for the Titanic association

louderthan · 07/02/2024 13:41

I used to work with a Suzanne Rose and she was great.
Also used to know an Anna Rose.
Blake Rose is pretty cool.
Or Blair?

louderthan · 07/02/2024 13:43

Just looked at your list properly: Kit Rose is great!

SayNoToDoorToDoor · 07/02/2024 13:43

I read that as Suranne Rose.

Oliver Rose and William Rose sound good too.

Elspethelf · 07/02/2024 20:53

From your list I like Alba Rose and Oscar Rose. I do think Jack Rose would get Titanic comments :)

I also like Selma Rose, Della Rose, Amos Rose and Niles Rose.
