Girls name please help!

Our daughter is due next month and we can’t decide on a name at all. I would be so grateful if you could please give me your opinions on these -

Eve
Eva
Sophia
Imogen
Emmeline
Amelie
Elodie
Emilia

Emmeline has always been a favourite (nn em/emmy) but I’m starting to second guess myself - will I be constantly correcting the pronunciation (‘leen’ not ‘line’) or people hearing Emily?

Same concern with Emilia/Amelie - will I be constantly correcting for Amelia/Emily?

It depends if popularity puts you off. Apart from Elodie and Imogen they are all very popular so school will likely be called first name Surname rather than just first name.

Personally I’d go Imogen, you have the options of Immy, Genny, Ginny rather than another Evie, Ellie, Emmy

What about Emmeline, nickname Emma? Means you can use both names you like, but Emmeline Louise doesn’t have the 80s vibe you’re worried about.
