For a Gemini boy - Thomas (After the Apostle, Thomas the Twin)

For a Gemini girl - Thomasine or Tamsin (same reason as above)

For a Sagittarius girl - Diana (Goddess of the hunt)

Many of the zodiac names already sound like good names for kids. Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Libra. Leo, of course. Even Virgo sounds like an Italian boy's name (like Vito). Maybe not Cancer.
