Can't decide on boys name in twins

We're currently expecting b-g twins and are struggling to agree on a boys name.

We have a son named Torben (which is Scandinavian), though one of us is English and the other Welsh and we live in Wales.

We've pretty much settled on the girls name being Eira (pronounced aye-rah) however, we can't agree on the boys name.

One of us likes Gideon, and the other likes Aneurin (pronounced an-eye-rin) as our prefered options, for different reasons.

We've considered loads of other names but nothing really stands out to us, so wanted to test the water which what other people think might suit better?

I would have thought Avalon is a girls name, not boys name. I cannot warm up to either of your boy name candidates. I would go with Torben being followed by Wolfie or Ulf etc. as Torben means Thor's bear. Hence Ulf would be another Viking name.

Gideon is hideous.

Gethin?

Taran might work? Means thunder in welsh and apparently comes from the name of the Celtic god of thunder who was thors counter part (following on from pp saying torben means thors bear)

Aneurin due to Bevan. Gideon reminds me of bibles and George Osbourne.

Taran is awful, and is too close in sound to Torben anyway.
Torben is great.

I love Eira but Aneurin is too similar/ tongue twisty to say together.

I’m not mad keen on Gideon either though.

I’ve always thought that Gruffydd / Griff is a very cool welsh name.

Of your two choices I prefer Torben, Eira and Gideon.
Aneurin - NO, it seems too medical.
