Shiloh Dove Louise?

I recently made a post for middle names to go with Shiloh. I already have two children who both have two middle names so I’m now thinking I should maybe do the same for this baby. My middle name is Louise so I thought it might be a nice touch to share it with her but I also like Dove. I love what Dove symbolises and her being our last baby I think it’s special.

Shiloh Dove Louise? Does it work? Second option is possibly Shiloh Joy Louise but not sure.

I'd stick with Shiloh Joy or Shiloh Dove, I think the Louise kind of clashes with the other two. You have a nod to your name in the 'loh' element anyway.

I think Shiloh Louise Dove flows better.
I don't know why but Shiloh Dove Louise sounds clunky to me

@YesThatsATurdOnTheRug (sorry about your rug 😆), makes a good point - the -loh part of Shiloh already references your middle name, so it isn't really needed.

Maybe Eloise or Louisa if you really want to include another middle name:

Shiloh Dove Eloise
Shiloh Dove Louisa

Or leave Louise out. I know it would be nice for her to have your name but

Dove is an odd middle name. Joy is nicer. Tauba used to be a common Yiddish name, which means dove. Maybe Dove in another language would help? I’m afraid I just think of deodorant!

Shiloh Dove is awful. Like Kai or Keenan for a boy- awful- best suited to Eastenders .
Choose something that's timeless and classless.

Dove or joy seem a little odd after a traditional Hebrew name. Maybe look for a Hebrew name with a similar meaning?

Jemima is hebrew and means dove

Joy is better than Dove, Dove is a bit daft

Paloma means Dove and that is beautiful

I think it maybe be more inspired by the Pitt-Jolies rather than because it’s Hebrew..

I think meaning is the most important thing with middle names and the meaning behind Dove Louise is beautiful.

Why is no one telling this poster that Shiloh is an absolute wank fest of a name to begin with? Sod the middle name!

Shiloh was also one of the major battles of the American Civil War, along with Antietam and Gettysburg. I had no idea that there was a Celebrity Child named that. Like calling someone Ypres, Agincourt, or Waterloo, in my book.

I'm not a fan of Shiloh to be honest. People will just think you're an Angelina Jolie fan girl. But if you love it, if go with Joy rather than Dove, and skip Louise.
