Middle names for Sky and Sonny

Hi everyone, these are our set names but we are struggling for middles.

For Sky we would like something at least 3 syllables and something similar in feel

For Sonny we'd like a one syllable name, open to all suggestions! (We like nature names as you can prob tell)

OP just read that Sonny started as a nickname meaning son obviously. Sonny of Sonny and Cher fame, had the full name Salvatore. Now that’s a gorgeous name.

If you're going to call a boy Sonny, then give him a more classic middle name that he can use as an adult, should he wish.
I was thinking, would you call your daughter "Girlie" or "Lassie"?!

I also thought you were having twins.

I know of a Sky and a Sonny and they are a pair of Border Collies.

I do know of a few Sonny's who are men.

I don't like Sky as a human girls name but Sonny is fine.

I would use Skye as the spelling though. A bit more substantial eg Skye McAlpine

I'm another who would definitely use Skye instead of Sky.

Skye is much better than Sky and pretty much any middle name will go.

Is Sky necessarily a girl's name though? I wouldn't think so, what about the famous character Sky Masterson, think he's a gangster or something, in Guys and Dolls? Sings 'Luck be a Lady Tonight' amongst other songs.

How about Summer?

Skye Curracloe - Irland's longest beach.

Have you considered a longer name so that he or she can have more options?
Sky could be short for Kandinsky or Skynette and Sonny short for Harrison, Jenson, Jaxson etc
