I really like Rudy - I would maybe make it short for Reuben as I suppose it’s quite a strong flavour so options are good

You can’t go wrong with Joseph

Hugo is nice too, v fashionable

Jasper is OK

Robin is nice but prefer for a girl

Rupert.. - no, I just think Rupert Bear / cliche posh boy

Bernard - NOOOOO truly grim

My favourites are Hugo, Joseph and Rupert.

I have a Joseph. Be warned that a lot of people will shorten it to Joey or Joe.
Mine doesn't mind, but I have always used his full name.

I like them all, so it's difficult to pick a favourite, but Jasper Hugo and Bernard would be my top three.

Rudy sounds like someone rude - a rude-y. I don't like it at all.

I'm also not a fan of Rupert.

All lovely names, you will not go wrong with any of these

But if I really have to choose I would go by Hugo, my favourite of this list; but the others are absolutely great names too, solid and warm, or charming and with elegance.

First thing Rudy makes me think of is Rudy Geude... it's literally only time I have heard that name so I wonder if it will be same with others too and that's the association.

I think Joseph or Hugo!

Joseph - ok
Rudy - a bit different
Bernard - a bit different
Rupert - bear

Bernard is the one that stands out as not currently trendy, so that's the one to pick
