As @WonderLife suggested, it's an Australian Surfer type vibe. My hubby is a surfer, so I guess that's why we gravitated towards those names.

PP's suggestion of Dandelion is brilliant. I love Dandy for short.

I knew a girl named Sunny. That was lovely. Also always liked the name Starr.

Lochlan does not sound surfer type to me at all.

Might depend on your age - there was a Lachlan/Lachie on Home and Away in the 90s

Lachlan to me is more haggis thrower than surfer. The two names (whilst both very nice) do not share a similar vibe at all. You can choose any name and it will fit. In my head Tristan is a surfers name.
