Help with short list

Number 5 boy was born 10 days ago and still known as wee man! Please help.
Here is our short list

William
August/ Agustine
Lucian
Miles
MonTy ( Montgomery)

All of our kids have longish names and a nickname. So stuck with this one!

William is lovely

Ed, Will or Monty are fantastic!

I like William a lot but I don’t like Will or Willy! What do you think about William Montgomery Surname and using Monty as a nickname? Obviously when he is older he can go by any name he wants

Nn for Augustine would be auggy. Which I think is super cute too. We are a rugby family so would probably go down quite well.

I only like William.

Edmund, August or Miles.

I also love "plural" names for boys like James, Charles, Giles (and Miles)

Monty is too popular where I live. Dozens of them

I worked in a school for many years until very recently.
Monty, Miles and Edmund are really popular.

Edmund - I love Edmund, but with the dozens of Edwards and Teddys it might not be too distinct
William - inoffensive, but not so interesting compared to others on your list

Miles - feels blah and insubstantial compared to the rest of your list
MonTy ( Montgomery) - I like Monty, but every long form of the name is dreadful to me, and I don't like Monty as a standalone name

Monty or William - I teach a few Williams who are always William, never shortened.
