Charlotte - Lottie is my chice

Lola, because Lottie (although sweet) isn't a full name. Should be Charlotte,with Lottie as a childhood nickname. Charlotte is a lovely classic name (I prefer it to Lola really), although very popular. Gives her options too, at different stages of life she could choose to be Charlotte, Lottie, Charlie etc.

Lottie sounds cute on a little girl, not sure how it would sound on a grown woman. Or there's Lotta, less cutesy.

Both are nice, but I would prefer Lottie.

Both cute on a kid - but would you want a lawyer, newsreader, accountant etc called Lottie? Lola's a bit better but tbh reminds me of Lolita

I know Lola is very cute re Charlie and Lola but there is a part of my head that still thinks of The Kinks and Barry Manilow songs.

Definitely Lottie. Or Lotte - as in Charlie and Lola 🙂

Lottie is an abbreviation of Charlotte (I much prefer the actual name to a shortened version)

I love Lottie, Lola is nice on a small child but sounds a bit too young and cutesy for when she grows up!
