I like Phoebe Olivia best, given it honours a family member and I think it flows nicely. Just check the initials don’t spell anything untoward.

Grace and Rose are the most popular middle names and are often thought of as filler names, so I’d avoid them.

I would go Phoebe Olive to honour Nan.
