While Lunaria is the botanical name for Honesty, I agree with PP that it sounds made up. This may or may not bother you!

How about Lindsay?

Willow - doesn't flow with the surname
Hazel - Rowan and Hazel sounds a bit like a hedge

I think Hazel goes really nicely with both Rowan and your surname. Ivo is a lovely name but I do struggle a little with the o going in to the E of your surname. I don’t think of Silas as a nature name but it is lovely.
