Triplets !!

DH and I are expecting triplets after trying for a baby for 4 years and fertility treatments.
We found out last week 2 are boys and 1 girl.
We have been waiting for this for what feels like forever and are over the moon.

We like simple names, classic and timeless, but are now really struggling to pick 3 names. It doesn't help that because the names we like are so popular lots are already in the family so not useable like Daniel or Sophie

For baby boys we like

For baby girl we like

• Emma

DH loves Sam. Liam and Katie

I prefer Adam, Emma & Liam

Middle names we are hoping to use a variation of our names and our parents names which are

So probably

Our surname is 1 syllable and starts with S

The only issue with Emma is baby would have the same name as an American actress. I'd forgotten she existed so I don't know how relavent it is, but DH isn't sold for that reason!

Liam, George and Emily or Amelia.

Ahh we can't use George as our cat is named George 🤣
I don't really like Emily or Amelia; prefer Emma.

I'm not entirely sold on the sound of Anna Stone, it sounds like the two names merge but they might just be my weird accent

I think for girls it goes Emma, Katie for me and Katie, Emma for DH. So guess Katie would be next favourite.

Ahh I'm Victoria and we don't like Michael as much so probably wouldn't use them as first names just middle names.

Liam seems to be a winner, so why don't you choose one and DH choose the other?

I like Emma but I think Emma Stone would really put me off. I think Liam Michael James sounds lovely. Adam Jonathan Paul sounds nicer than Sam. Im also not keen on the sound of Sam Stone but most of the others go nicely with your surname. Katie Victoria Jane also sounds good to me.

Sam and Emma, sounds too much like an illness (granted not as bad as Ella)

Ultimately if you both like Liam you should both choose one each

Liam, Gregory and Mabel.

Liam, Felix and Katy.

Liam, Arthur and Eloise.

Liam, Elliot and Margot.

Sam(Samuel), Tom (Thomas) and Anna sound lovely together and are very classic.

Katie isn't classic and timeless. It's a nickname. Katherine would be a better name of you want to be classic and timeless and you can call her Katie if you wanted as a nn.

Not at all - by the time your daughter is old enough to care Emma stone will have had her day. She’s not that famous anyway. Although I do like her!

Just wanted to point out incase you hadn't noticed that you've given away alot of personal details there from an anonymity point of view. Triples - not common
Surname - you alluded, people guessed, you confirmed
Combination of yours, your husband's and your parents names.

You might not be fussed if you have no posting history to be linked to or have name changed, but just wanted to raise it just incase you hadn't considered it.

I would pick William (which could be nickname Liam), James and Anna from your lists

if I were to have my own triplets I would choose Charlotte (Lottie), William and James
