Sean - never liked it!
Nathan - lovely
Theo - love it for a child but think as he gets older it’s a bit immature
Thomas - basic but nice
Henry - my favourite of the bunch
Nicholas - nope, it would get shortened to Nick
Zachary - not a fan but like Zac
James - nothing wrong with it but a bit boring, Jamie is a nice nickname though

Sean - not keen
Thomas - love. Versatile and I only know two under 10s called it so not as overused as you may imagine.
Theo - know loads. Plus lots of Teddies. Feels a little bit over done.
Henry - love
Nathan - like this
Zachary - 15 years ago, there seemed to be loads but hardly any now.
James - ok but a bit dull and know lots.
Nicholas - love. If I had another, this would be it.

I think they are all fairly neutral names with few associations tbh. The exception for me being Nathan which has negative associations as the only one I've ever known was a real shit.

Sean I tend to think of as northern (although that might be down to Sean Bean!)

The only one I like is Hames. Theo is nice but so many of them about now it has put me off. And maybe Tommy instead of Thomas?

Sean- nice but dated
Thomas- boring
Theo- prefer Theodore, meh lots around
Henry- love
Nathan- don’t like the way it sounds for some reason
Zachary - like
James- nice, but maybe not boring
Nicholas- ok, bit dated

Sean - I don't like this. I see it as a bit rough. Not sure why but all the ones I went to school with (70s) would have fitted that description.
Thomas - nice enough. I know a lot of Toms. But they're all lovely.
Theo - very popular but for a good reason - it's a lovely name. The oldest I know personally is 19 and it ages well.
Henry - this is my favourite of your list. I think it's well known but not super popular and suits any age/type of person.
Nathan - I'm really not a fan of Nathan even though the ones I know are perfectly nice. I love Nathaniel. I always hear n-EYE-fun in my head when I come across a Nathan (the estuarine accent is quite common round here)
Zachary - nice name. Popular.
James - boring, sorry.
Nicholas - lovely name. Would be my second favourite I think. Nico is a great nn.
