Yes. Very pretty

Howtohideasausage · 04/08/2023 22:24

A bit too frilly.

GoodVibesHere · 04/08/2023 22:24

Sorry but it's a bit of a mouthful and somewhat contrived.

toastofthetown · 04/08/2023 22:25

I feel pretty much the same as the current Eliana thread running at the moment. It’s just so bland to me. It’s name which rolls every current name trend into one name. In in a sea of Arya, Lily, and Ella’s etc just blends into one vowelly mush. And with Lily being the obvious diminutive (which has been a top hundred name for around thirty years) it just feels so dull and uninspired and overdone.

Actually this sums up what I think. A name that’s trying to be everything at once-like Arabella-and a bit precious.

Bellabluea · 04/08/2023 22:34

I love it. I have a 20 year old Lily though. I had no idea it would get so popular then and I often wish I’d chosen a longer version of it or called her Elizabeth nn Lily.

I prefer Luciana.
Lilith
Lily

movingaccrossthepond · 05/08/2023 12:00

Yes it's lovely.

MerryChristmasToYou · 05/08/2023 12:02

Lily is overused. Liliana is too frilly and sounds to close to all the other -iana names

Catlord · 05/08/2023 12:04

Bit frilly for me, sorry. Lillian is much cooler and fresher.

Nocturnaradish · 06/08/2023 11:09

Liliana isn’t the frilliest IMO - helped by the lack of repeated letters. I think it’s a beautiful name, and she can choose Lily or Ana when she’s older

This, but they're both nice.

L, I and A are repeated.

VenusClapTrap · 06/08/2023 11:43

Not my cup of tea.

Next to each other. So no ll or nn

Has "repeated" changes its meaning now?

frootito · 06/08/2023 11:53

Really don't like as it feels contrived

StrongandNorthern · 06/08/2023 11:55

Lilla?

continentallentil · 07/08/2023 10:22

No - too frilly, and she’ll be called Lily of which there are billions

FoodFann · 07/08/2023 21:16

No
