Yup - sorry! Grin

toobif · 03/08/2023 16:05

Thought so. Shame.

Anyone got any ideas then?

We haven't actually conceived yet, so it's still idle pondering. We have a Toby and a George.

Looking for boys' and girls' names.

Who cares if it is? They're just standard names and you like them, so just use them

RainRainPissOff · 03/08/2023 16:25

I don’t immediately think of them. If they were more unusual names it would be noticeable, but George and Louis are strong traditional names.

Crispynoodle · 03/08/2023 16:39

We have a William and a Charlie! Not royalist say all

fartfacenotfatface · 03/08/2023 17:09

I think the fact that you have another child makes it more acceptable. If it was just George and Louis - nope. But you've got a non-royal in the mix to 'dilute' the names.

continentallentil · 03/08/2023 17:36

A bit.. but if you love it I wouldn’t worry - they are very popular names

Laurence nn Laurie?

KateyCuckoo · 03/08/2023 17:38

It's fine, lovely names.

ArcticBells · 03/08/2023 18:01

Yes but you might not mind!

Riverlee · 03/08/2023 18:02

Lewis or Ellis instead of Louis?

Nicoal · 03/08/2023 18:03

I know 2 families with William and Henry’s. I think it’s fine if you like the names

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 03/08/2023 18:11

I think it’s fine with another child with a non royal name.

I agree with this!

Blahblahgingerbreadlady · 06/08/2023 07:05

It really doesn’t matter. They’re a similar style of names.

toastofthetown · 06/08/2023 08:28

I'd be wondering if you were a Kate Middleton bootlicker if you had children called both George and Louis, even with another differently named child in the mix.
