I've got a while... Due date is early Feb/late Jan. Thanks!!

Last name: Begins with N, a place, 2 vowels, ends in Ton

Her sisters' names: Thea Erinrowe Miriam, Isadora (Adora) Elodie Willow

Me: Cora Eloisa Hope

Thea and new baby will be only a year and a bit apart in age but new baby and Isadora will have almost 5 years between them.

Opinions and more names (especially boys!!!) would be awesome thanks!!

Girls names:

  • Saffron (LOVE it, my no.1, I found it on a different post)
  • Aurora (Too princessy, right?)
  • Jade (Loveee)
  • Hazel (Like it)
  • Heather (Wondered about it before)
  • Fern (Nature-y)
  • Rosaline/Rosa but not Rose and defo not Rosie
  • Elizabeth/Lizzie
  • Taylor/Tallie

Boys names:

  • Oscar
  • Oliver/Ollie
  • Charlie

Thanks,
xxx Cora

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I love both of your boy options.

For girls' names, I'd swop Lizzie for Louisa and use Sophia instead of Saffy.

AdoraLovesCake · 13/07/2023 10:29

@WillyLows Thanks, yes I do like option 2

Thank you @mathanxiety Louisa is very pretty but I have the middle name Eloisa. I wouldn't use Sophia (WAY too many)

Dear @Thewarrioress

Helen is pretty and I agree that Rosaline is nice. Juliet is nice too. I am considering Michael and James is a nice name just I have bad connotations. Thank you!

Love Tristan and Edmund (nick name Eddie?)

@WillyLows Yeah. My friend might name her baby Tristan though and she is further in.

Tristan might sound clunky with your surname anyway in the same way saffron does.

Edmund is good, though I'd shorten it for every day.

What would you shorten it too? I could just use it as a middle name

Love Saffron. Do it!

For a bit, all your options are nice.

I also like Reuben

I think Rafferty( Raffie) would be lovely with your girls names
Also Raphael for Raffie

WillyLows · 13/07/2023 14:52

I love Eddie, but that's because every Eddie I've ever met is wonderful.

AdoraLovesCake · 13/07/2023 14:53

OMG! I'm having a baby boy!!!!

Realised that I want the first middle name of my son to start with E like me and his sisters.

Charlie Ethan Tristan?
Oliver Eric Jasper?
Oscar Ernest Michael?
Archie Evan Julian?
Rowan Eddie Hugo?
Adam Ethaniel Milo?

EEEEE I am a little bit over-engized and crazy!! I can't wait to tell my 4 year old after nursery!! Little Thea is crawling just about now! They are getting so olddd, hehe!!!!

Congratulations!

I think boys names are trickier than girls. My boys have longer names but we use the shortened version day to day.

Some suggestions that I think have a similar vibe to your girls names.

Wilf
Kit
Raife
Max

Thank you @Shinytaps ! I think a long name with shortening is nice. My name is Coralie but always use Cora, just like Isadora goes by Adora most of the time.

Aww a boy! How wonderful ( I have 3 all adults now
DS2 is a Rowan so I'm obviously biased
DS3 middle name is Adam
